Rosanna Roskilly - IoM3 double prize winner
Many congratulations to Rosanna Roskilly for winning two IoM3 national prizes during December 2023. Rosanna graduated from this department during the summer and her exam performance was so good she was selected by the examiners to be our nominee for the IoM3 'Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Studies' prize. This is open to all students and apprentices in the UK studying or working in Materials Science, and therefore the competition was substantial.
Following a nomination with supporting information provided by Rosanna, she was shortlisted for an interview with a small number of other UK nominees - and we are delighted that the judging panel selected Rosanna as the winner. They were so impressed they also selected her for the 'Royal Charter' prize for the best Materials graduate.
