Many congratulations to Laura Wheatley, who won one of the three ESAS International Young Researcher Prizes as this year's EUCAS conference. Held biennially, this year it took place between 3-7 September in Bologna.
Laura's winning talk won the 'Materials' category, and was entitled:
'Correlation of superconducting properties and nanoscale chemistry of Nb3Sn wires'.
At the previous conference (held in 2021), Laura was a winner with her talk:
'Atom probe tomography of artificial pinning centres in doped Nb3Sn wires'.
