Many congratulations to Dr Clara Barker, for winning the 2018 Equality and Diversity Awards Individual Champion Award, presented by June Sarpong MBE at the first ever biennial Vice-Chancellor’s Diversity Awards Ceremony, held on 8 May in Worcester College. Clara’s tireless work within the University, and nationally, including outreach work in schools and Topaz, was formally recognised by this award, which is richly deserved.
