2021-22 pay award for non-clinical staff

The University has received notification from the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) that the University can implement the pay award for 2021/22.

The Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) negotiates pay increases for non-clinical staff with the trade unions nationally, on behalf of most UK universities, including Oxford.

The pay award provides an increase of at least 1.5% for staff, with higher percentage uplifts for those on the lowest points on the national pay spine. The University’s lowest scale point will be uplifted by 2.45%.
